VACANCIES
What will you be expected to do?
• Handle assigned duties such as assisting customers, selling tickets and crowd control
• Resolve day-to-day customer issues with the help of the management team
• Maintain positive interaction with the general public and among colleagues
• Assist on-site teams to identify hazards or any unusual operating conditions
• Provide guests with entertaining and enjoyable experiences
Job Requirements:
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
• Work experience in customer facing-roles is preferred
• Able to work 5 days a week as per assigned shifts (including weekends and statutory holidays)
• Able to adapt to outdoor work
What will you be expected to do?
• Operate the Hong Kong Observation Wheel upon completion of Wheel Operator Examination and relevant training (we will cover all examination costs)
• Cooperate with technicians on daily pre-operational check and operation procedures
Job Requirements:
• Form 5/DSE or above
• Good communication in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Previous experience in operating similar machinery or equipment are welcomed
• Work 5 days a week with full availability for any shift
