To give back to the community, Hong Kong Observation Wheel invites registered NGOs and charities to apply for tickets to enjoy the spectacular Victoria Harbour view at this iconic landmark.

Who can apply for charity tickets?Arrow DownArrow Up
Any organization holding proof of exemption from tax, under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance is eligible to apply.
How many tickets may be requested?Arrow DownArrow Up
Organizations may request the number of tickets they would like. The decision made by Hong Kong Observation Wheel on the offer and number of tickets will be final.
How long does the approval process take?Arrow DownArrow Up
We recommend applying approximately 3 months in advance. Hong Kong Observation Wheel will make every effort to confirm one month beforehand.
Can the date and number of tickets applied be retrospectively changed?Arrow DownArrow Up
Applications submitted cannot be changed.
Is parking available at the venue?Arrow DownArrow Up
No, Hong Kong Observation Wheel parking is not available but there is drop off area near the main entrance. If an organization needs to arrange two or more coaches for participants, please inform us in advance for traffic arrangements.
Are free tickets provided to the organization’s staff / volunteers?Arrow DownArrow Up
We provide free tickets to necessary staff / volunteers as per the staff ratio suggested by the Welfare Department of the Government of HKSAR.
