Other Information

  1. Visitors should hold a valid ticket for the stated date and time, either printed or in electronic format with a QR code for boarding.
  2. Each gondola has a maximum capacity of 8 persons and will be shared with other visitors.
  3. All visitors will be required to queue to board the Wheel. Those who require special assistance such as the elderly, pregnant women, and those with young infants can contact our friendly onsite staff.
  4. Wheelchairs are allowed. Each gondola can accommodate 2 non-electrical wheelchairs and are required to board with chaperone – Ticketing and Boarding Guide for Wheelchair Users
  5. Food and beverages are prohibited on the Wheel and the boarding deck to the Wheel.
  6. Smoking (including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes and electronic cigarettes) is strictly prohibited on the Wheel and the premises.
  7. No pets or animals are allowed on the Wheel, except for guide dogs, or any other kind of service animals (with valid identification).
  8. Large luggage, baby strollers and other bulky items are not permitted on the Wheel and must be stored at the luggage/baby stroller storage before boarding the Wheel.
  9. Unless otherwise permitted by HKOW, no commercial filming is allowed.
  10. Unless otherwise permitted by HKOW, drone flying for any use is strictly prohibited in the Premises.
  11. The dress code for Hong Kong Observation Wheel is casual, we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed to be dressed inappropriately.
  12. Special arrangements will be made during inclement weather in the interest of public safety as outlined in this article.
